Lesson Plan: Encouraging Physical Activity Outside of the PE Classroom (3-5)

Tailored for 3rd-5th graders, this lesson plan will help your students find a lifelong appreciation for physical fitness. By charting and analyzing movement opportunities outside of the physical education classroom, students will be able to identify diverse opportunities for movement outside of structured sessions and develop a deeper understanding of the importance of regular exercise and making informed choices about their health.
