Tic-Tac-Toe of Healthy Device Habits

In a new course designed just for you, one of the assignments invites you to get “3 down, 3 across, or 3 diagonally.” But there’s a catch! To win, you must follow the rules for managing the use of your phone. The game is, “Tic-Tac-Toe of Healthy Device Habits,” and is found in course 5271: Reclaiming Your Passion for Teaching with Balance & Bandwidth.

Beyond the healthy habits game, this new course provides you with the opportunity to weigh your educator bandwidth and take a purposeful and focused look at how you spend your time. You will explore key takeaways and tasks that help you to determine what both fills and drains your “cup.” Get creative as you design a vision board to guide you in prioritizing healthy habits, restore your energy, and renew your passion for teaching.

We invite you to register for course 5271 to learn actionable, sustainable strategies that provide what you need to take care of yourself, so you can take care of students. For a taste of what this course has to offer, download this Tic-Tac-Toe activity as an “hors d’oeuvre” to whet your “new course” appetite!
